I'm Mark Stafford. I started aiStudio57 because I kept seeing the same problem: organizations buying AI tools, getting low adoption, and wondering why nothing changed.
After 25+ years building enterprise IT systems — at IBM, UPS, and dozens of other organizations — I've seen every technology wave come and go. I've also been the person who had to make new technology actually work inside organizations with skeptical employees, complex processes, and real compliance requirements.
AI is different from past waves in one important way: the productivity gains for knowledge workers are real and measurable — if you approach adoption correctly. The problem isn't the tools. It's that most businesses have no roadmap, no training, and no one to tell them honestly where to start.
That's what I do. Not AI hype. Not generic demos. Practical AI adoption for mid-sized businesses, grounded in 25+ years of knowing what it actually takes to make technology work inside real organizations.
Why This Isn't a Typical AI Consultancy
Not a prompt engineer who discovered AI in 2023. I've been building systems that AI runs on for decades — cloud infrastructure, APIs, automation pipelines, production databases. I know what's real and what's marketing.
Still in the field daily. I run large-scale IT operations every day. My advice is grounded in what actually works at scale, not what looked good in a conference presentation.
This is a deliberately small practice. I have no incentive to expand your engagement unnecessarily, recommend tools you don't need, or maximize billable hours. You get honest advice.
